To redeem simply purchase a specially marked participating pack and retain your original receipt(s) as proof of purchase as these may be required to validate claims. Australian claimants must pay AU$4.95 and New Zealand claimants must pay NZ$7.95 to purchase the "FitDeck Pilates" product online by using Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Diners or PayPal. Claimants must provide all the requested mandatory details, including product purchased, as well as the last four (4) digits of the product barcode from any of the participating packs. Limit of 1 redemption per pack purchased.
